Ad Hoc Timesheet Submission

Managing last-minute timesheet submissions has just become easier.

When submitting an ad hoc timesheet against an active placement, you can now create a basic contractor record as part of the same process. This removes the need to leave the timesheet submission screen, create the contractor separately, and then return to submit the timesheet.

This enhancement is particularly useful when you need to submit a contractors timesheet quickly but has not yet been set up within the system.

Benefits of this update include:

• Faster ad hoc timesheet submissions
• Simplified contractor creation
• Fewer steps when processing new starters against active placements

Things to be aware of:

• This functionality is currently available for weekly timesheets only.
• Contractor records created through the ad hoc timesheet process are created with basic information only. If the contractor is intended to use Self-Billing, the contractor record will need to be updated afterwards and Self-Billing enabled manually, as this setting is not applied automatically during the ad hoc submission process.

This update helps streamline the submission process while maintaining flexibility over how contractor records are configured and managed.
